The Brief
Flowtec was appointed by Swandene for Heineken UK (Star Bars) to deliver full plumbing and mechanical works as part of the refurbishment of a long-closed public house in Amble.
The project required a complete upgrade of heating, hot water systems, and facilities, alongside the installation of a new commercial kitchen to bring the venue back into operation.
Our Approach
We worked as part of a wider refurbishment team, coordinating closely with other trades to ensure all mechanical and plumbing elements were delivered on schedule.
